A Day To Remember

We’re on our way to Tagaytay as early as 6:30 am. Its my special day actually. My wish is just a day-off. And indeed, it happened!
A month before, I was very much stressed and seems so drained. And I never thought that this day will be very special and memorable one.

We arrived in Tagaytay around 8:00am and we had breakfast in VIEWSITE SEAFOODS restaurant. Ofcourse, BUlalo (tagaytay special dish) is present in our table with some other dishes. On that time, the weather is very fair. Cold weather kinda mixed with the little heat from sunlight, it was truly a right moment to enjoy tagaytay.

After then, we visited Picnic Groove and take some fresh air.  Watching around, I realize how family-oriented Filipinos are.  Picnics tables are occupied. Taking pictures anywhere, everywhere; enjoying the company of each other.  Except the overlooking view of Taal volcano, people also enjoyed the horseback riding, the ziplines, the Fish Spa, etc. It was indeed a great day!

After taking rest in Picnic Groove, I felt like im hungry again. Well, LESLIE Restaurant comes next! The architectural design is extraordinary. Nipa huts are built along hillside that makes their visitor see the clear and much nearer view of Taal Volcano and fish cages of Batangas. The food is truly a big “WOW!” so tasty, the best! While waiting for our order, a group of singers approached us and do “HARANA”. My special day becomes a romantic date. Well, I enjoy it so much. We will be back next time.

I had fun seeing the beauty of tagaytay, especially the Taal volcano, the clouds, the green and tall trees, the lake, many others. On that moment, Im thinking how powerful God is. Im grateful that I was born that made me see those creations.

I didn’t notice it’s already 5:30pm. It’s Time to go. But, before that we have to drop by at Starbucks Tagaytay- our last destination. My favorite Starbucks coffee is Caramel Machiatto, but that time, we preferred to have brewed coffee. Since it turning night, it was so cold in Tagaytay. Superb! That even coffee can’t help lessen the cold. But then, still enjoy it. It’s different from Manila weather.  J
It’s getting late and we have to drive back to Manila.
Thanks Tagaytay, you’ve been a perfect place!

Hanggang sa Muli!!!
